Peter McNamara was appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of NSW on 12 May 2006. As a Public Notary he is authorised to validate signatures, administer oaths and affirmations, and affix his notary seal to documents to be recognised or accepted by persons located outside Australia.
The documents notarised by Peter McNamara may require, in addition to the affixing of his notarial seal, stamping with an Apostille or Authentication by DFAT – the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The original documents to be notarised may include commercial documents such as company registration documents and constitutions and ASIC records, court documents including Affidavits, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, divorce certificates and identity documents such as passports and drivers licences.
As the requirements of various countries and jurisdictions are often unique you should send us the requirements issued by the organisation overseas that requires that your documents be notarised. We will send you our fee proposal for approval before doing the work.
We are conveniently located in the Sydney CBD at 10 Bridge Street, close to George Street, Wynard and Circular Quay.
